HOW
IT WORKS
The coaching relationship is
designed with your interests and your agenda
in mind. If you’re wondering if coaching
is right for you, or if a certain coach is
the right fit, the first step is to request
a complimentary trial session.
During this free 30-minute session,
you are encouraged to bring a specific topic
to work on with the coach, so you can immediately
start to see the benefits of coaching.
Once you’re ready to commit
to a coaching relationship, you’ll start
with a “Get to Know You” session,
where you and your coach explore your values,
passions, and what you’re looking to
get out of coaching. This will also be the
time when you decide how you and your coach
will work together during the coming months.
From there, you can choose between
two types of packages:
Freedom package ~ 120 minutes of coaching
per month
Freedom Plus package ~ 180 minutes of
coaching per month

The coaching packages translate
to 3-4 sessions of coaching per month, depending
on your goals. The ongoing coaching sessions
are typically conducted via telephone.
